Adding songs to Happy Sky

1) create the mdata GCZs
2) create the in_* folder and GCZ
3) edit eout to add your song
4) use ahnada's tool on the uncompressed eout file to fix high scores
5) recompress eout
6) Use Alis' tool to generate a .1 and .2dx
7) Stitch together .1s if you have to
EOF byte sequences:

I think the key here is the 7F; experiment with other values to see how rigid it
is.
